Our pilot projects: La Finca and El Abrazo

La Finca (the farm) is our core 40 hectare agroforestry project that provides our family and Bocavaldivia with most of the products including dozens of varieties of local edible plants, fruits and herbs. In addition, we privatively invested in El Abrazo, a 60 Hectare cloud forest reserve that we aim to protect and restore. We currently cultivate small amounts of coffee in El Abrazo. We are seeking financial support to develop a research station in our cloud forest reserve cloud forest that will monitor and study the flora and fauna of that particular spot.
