LUNCH IN THE CLOUD FOREST
This activity was born after a rigorous day of gathering with the kitchen team during which we relected upon the beauty of this place and how special it would be to share for a lunch in this unique and peaceful setting.
The adventure begins on a trail as we enter the area known as El Barro. Along the walk of about 20 minutes, depending on the season, you can see a variety of native plants. If we are lucky monkeys and birds can be spotted. At the end of the trail you will find an exotic setting ready with all the comforts and a lunch fully prepared in the forest.
LUNCH ON THE ISLAND
Arrive to a paradise at low tide. In an ancient place where we used to fish, we manage the sustainable resources to share the best of our cuisine. The island is home to a myriad of marine species, and our fishing is meticulous to be minimally invasive. We only take what we need, without altering the ecosystem.
LUNCH IN THE ORGANIC FARM
This is the heart of our kitchen, as is it the heart of the Love Foundation 7.8. The garden, apart from feeding our guest, also fed many people who suffered after the earthquake.
Enjoy lunch outdoors surrounded by nature. After walking through the orchard, collecting and harvesting ingredients with our own hands you will find a menu full of surprises.
